I am very pleased with the work of Mackeeper and the computer in general. The computer is performing much faster and stronger. Great protection for day-to-day work. I don’t worry when my children play on the computer. Their support also left a positive impression on me. I was served very quickly and efficiently. Therefore, I can recommend Mackeeper to everyone.

Cool app has a lot of features. I don't use all of them, but I really love the VPN tool. I was a bit tired of their additional offers for other apps and services, but the app is nice. I now enjoy using my Mac, knowing that there are no viruses and malware on my computer.
Great app, just overall great experience. I really love the StopAd extension. It’s simple, easy to use, and has a clean design. It blocked 3 ads while I watched only one YouTube video. This program made me feel confident and got my new mac going very quickly.
Get rid or your scammers agents. Great company but terrible agents pushing stuff that people do t need.

How can this company have people working for them that love to hack client’s information for the simple act that they didn’t do a great job when offering services and pushing people to buy stuff when people clearly don’t want to or can’t at the moment, money doesn’t come that easy.
I never had any problems with stolen information, so how after I left my review on how terrible and pushy that agent was all my information was stolen, my debit card info was used in many places, my bank account was also used in many place.

ot on the phone with that fucking guy that all he did was telling me shit that I already know, he asked to let him in inside my computer to check some things, so I trusted MK because I have been using it for years in my older Mac, I should have known better and followed my instincts about that agent, a fucking scammer, by this point and without him doing shit the MK software was already installed and working properly but he insisted that I needed this and that and blah blah blah, he booked an appointment with a technician without me telling me yes, then he kept pushing a bunch of other things and I kept telling him o I don’t need it and I don’t want it, after almost 8 times telling him no than he finally let me go, so fucking unprofessional.
So few days went by and was time for me to sent my feedback/review about the agent service, then I guess he found out that I didn’t give him a good review and guess what happened? My debit card and bank account information was used in place that I don’t shop and in places 3000 miles away from my location, so you tell me. I never had any problems with stolen info and then this happened.
I lost completely respect for MK and all the people working for it, I was planning on upgrading many things with MK and even getting my old Mac with new MK software but at this point I do not want to do anything with MK and I’m going to make sure that everyone that I know knows how bad MK is.

While your remote connection agents don't have access to everything inside your computer, you share your screen, and you see the same as an agent. I admit I sometimes don't understand computer operations, so I'm happy to get MacKeeper and its Chat system. Even then I sometimes don't understand or cannot make it work, they will always help me.
I had attempted to Fix and Find and it kept stopping at 6%. I also followed support's recommendations by running Fast Cleanup and it also stopped after reaching a certain point. I left the Fix and Find and Fast Clean all night with the same result. This morning, I contacted online support to inform them of the results of following the recommendations and Simon asked if he could troubleshoot from my computer, I allowed Simon control and he found the issue right away. In a few minutes MacKeeper came alive and all scans were completed. I am very pleased with this App and the awesome service.
